Shipping policy

Delivery

We dispatch from our unit in Chippenham, Wiltshire, normally within 48 hours of your order confirmation (Monday to Friday). Every parcel goes by DPD tracked delivery and you will receive a tracking email as soon as it leaves us.

UK delivery costs

  • Orders over £100: FREE delivery, including rods.
  • Orders under £100: £6.99, including rods.
  • Hooks only: 99p, or free when your hooks order is £31 or more.

Multi-rod offer: buy 2 Urbanator rods for 10% off, or 3 for 15% off.

Pre-orders

The indicated shipping date may change, and we will email you if it does. If an order contains in-stock items and pre-order items, it is dispatched when the pre-order items are ready. To get your in-stock items sooner, please place two separate orders.

Track your order

Once your parcel leaves our warehouse you will receive an email with a DPD tracking number.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, email info@urbancarptackle.co.uk quoting your order number. If a parcel arrives visibly damaged, please refuse delivery and notify us using their damaged parcel procedure, then email us as soon as possible so we can sort out the claim and a replacement.
