Returns and refunds

Changed your mind

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just email info@urbancarptackle.co.uk with your order number and we will send you a returns reference and the address. You then have a further 14 days to send the goods back.

Items should be unused, in their original condition, with all packaging and accessories, and packed securely. Return postage is your responsibility unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing. We recommend a tracked service, as the goods remain your responsibility until they reach us.

We refund to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the goods back. If an item has been handled more than is needed to check it, we may reduce the refund to reflect that.

Faulty or incorrect items

If anything arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email us straight away with your order number and a photo. We will cover the return postage and repair, replace or refund the item.

12 month warranty

Everything sold through urbancarptackle.co.uk is covered by a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects unless otherwise stated. The warranty applies to the original purchaser with proof of purchase, and is not transferable to second-hand or private-sale purchases. It covers manufacturing faults only, not accidental damage, misuse, wear and tear, improper storage, modifications or unauthorised repairs, or cosmetic marks that do not affect performance. We may inspect returned items before approving a claim.
